Steven M. Penny, MA, RT(R), RDMS is an author, educator, registered radiographer (ARRT),and registered sonographer (ARDMS). His specialties in sonographyinclude Abdomen, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatrics. Steven is currently the Lead Instructor for the Medical Sonography program at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, NorthCarolina.
